REAL + SYNTHETIC DATA

TISI standards and NBTC equipment certificates come from real open-data snapshots (data.go.th, CC-BY / Open Data Common) and can lag the regulators' own registers. Thai FDA records, the EU CBAM benchmarks and some sample codes (including the withdrawn-certificate preset) are synthetic placeholders. Retrieval, grounding, closed-world citation and the verdict logic are real. Veracle is not a certification body, and this is not legal advice.
